The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and nice. I liked the Jacussi, the breakfast is good.
The staff that attends during the night is lousy, the boy with dark hair didn't even welcome us or thank us for anything, a rude man who doesn't understand what it's like to give attention to the public. They don't give hair conditioner in the bathroom and women need it!

Staff was friendly and bed was comfortable
The hallways were dirty and rundown. The girl who worked the evening shift had her sketchy boyfriend hanging in the Lobby the whole time. No elevator. Ice maker on second floor didn't work. No phone in my room The bathroom was ridiculously small with zero counter space. We aren't picky but I was not happy, not for the price I paid

The whole building smelled bad. Reservation made for king bed and downstairs room but all requests not met. Website stated laundry facilities and continental breakfast available and neither were and desk clerk never told us.

The exterior immediately raised concerns, with a sketchy presentation and hallways permeated with the scent of cigarette smoke. Upon entering the room, the lack of cleanliness was evident, as the bed was unmade with no sheets. The disinterest from management regarding cleanliness and mask policies was disappointing, leading to a swift departure to a much cleaner and more cute hotel nearby. It's alarming how the website's claims don't match the reality we encountered.

It was cheap.
It was run down, dirty in the corners, broken down plumbing, out of date fixtures, damaged windows, & the "free" breakfast had absolutely no items free of wheat. It was all, toast, donuts, cereal, etc. The neighborhood was scary.

Cheap for sleeping that's all I did there
Room wasn't that clean. Which makes you wonder about the sheets and blankets. House keeper are week or lazy! Left stuff in corner of floor and a old razor in corner of shower, don't know how the missed that I didn't ! But it was the cheapest place to stay and it was for sleep only was out of the room 90% of the time
